FullFillPoint (a placeholder name) stands at the forefront of global e-commerce and logistics while revolutionizing order fulfillment through swift processes and innovative methods. The project created an internal Wiki as a tool to improve warehouse managers’ resource access while advancing operational efficiency and leadership development. An NDA prevents me from sharing the final product but the design process and insights I gained are still valuable.
Overview
I developed an internal Wiki for FullFillPoint which serves as a leading global retailer to benefit their warehouse managers. The project aimed to provide warehouse managers with straightforward access to necessary resources while boosting their operational efficiency.
Goals
Simplify access: Develop a centralized portal that Operations Managers can use easily.
Empower decision-making: Provide essential resources to warehouse managers that allow them to perform their jobs effectively.
Enhance awareness: Boost training awareness through showcasing available leadership and skills development programs.
Build trust: Develop trust through enhanced teamwork with the OIC team that manages the Wiki.

The project developed an internal Wiki to provide warehouse managers with better resource access which leads to improved operational efficiency and leadership development. Under an NDA agreement I must keep the final product confidential although the design process and insights continue to be useful.

We developed wireframes which mapped key interactions and navigation flows to guarantee an intuitive user experience.

Results & Learnings
Warehouse managers' efficiency improved through the FullFillPoint Wiki which gave them immediate access to essential resources. The completed project demonstrated that internal tools need intuitive navigation combined with clear information organization and consistent branding. Subsequent development phases should look into implementing AI-powered search features and expanding on engagement analytics.
